I think it's time to break some rules.
The way we view and purchase fashion is changing. Emotions are more exposed which can be vital for a brand to thrive and hold its value.
So why has it been a rule to hide emotion on the runway? For decades, models have tuned out their audience, appeared fiercely uninterested, even learned to meditate while on the catwalk. They say it sells more product. But does it?
People and their passion for their products are the focus. New cultural strategies in fashion marketing are opening doors for sharing the spotlight. Current lifestyle photography has a more wise and kind vibe which leaves an inspiring impression.
Now that's something to smile about.
Leave that other stuff to the mannequins.
